Until i found a forum that discuss about how to turn off, disabled and prevent windows 10 to do automatic update and consume your internet bandwidth. After applying these technique, restart my computer.. and it work!!!.
Im not lucky this time because im forgot that forum url, but i wrote all the step on notepad. These technique will not turn off windows 10 automatic update, but it will give a wrong signal when windows 10 update assistant tying to download an update. You can save a lot of internet bandwidth.
Im also made a short video in case im forgot my notepad too.
Only few step to follow and your windows 10 will stop downloading an update without your permission.
First
Go to "administrative tools"
Second
and then "component services"
Third
Services(local) and search for "windows update"
Fourth
stop windows update from run, and change log on account from "local system account" to another user that doesn't exist on your computer.
Fifth
on the recovery tab, choose "take no action" to all failure. and fill reset count fill it with zero (0).
